RSSDEON CRAFFORD is the Director of Executive Advisory Services. Before joining Barnstone he was a partner at Deloitte Consulting for six years where he was a lead client service partner for two major clients and also directed the Human Capital Consulting Practice for eight years.
His consulting specialisation is in the areas of strategy facilitation, organisation design, corporate governance, organisation culture change, leadership effectiveness, programme leadership, conflict resolution and mergers & integration management. He has worked with a variety of blue chip multinationals in the private sector and with the bigger state owned enterprises in the public sector. Deon has experience in training and strategic interventions in the USA, Europe and Australia.
His passion for sport saw him serve a ten year stint as mental performance consultant to one of the leading provincial cricket sides in South Africa.
